In many cases the data when it is collected is stored in a mixture of emails, spreadsheets and notes. By having it recorded in your AIMS system it is made available to all the departments in your office that may need to call on it. We ensure that it is presented to your staff where they need it and when they need it.
Example:-
At least five departments need to review the data relating to an order in order to process it: the sales, accounts, procurement, warehousing and the delivery departments. It is the same data but each needs to view it in a way that is useful to them. AIMS systems adapt the way in which the data is presented to suit each audience and in a manner that assists them in taking action on that data. We then add a further view that allows the senior managers windows into the process so that they can get a handle on the company as a whole.
