For Andrew Winch Designs we put systems in place to ensure as soon as one of the 75 work stages required to design and fit out the luxury mega yachts they design started to run over the time allocated the managers knew of it and could take remedial action.
The specification system we created for their interiors department helps them manage the selection, procurement, shipping and placement of the 1000's of furniture pieces, fabrics, commissioned artwork and toys that are designed or purchased for their very wealthy clients.

During the final stages of a project a vast number of items need to be placed in the various cabins of the super yachts. Each item has been carefully tracked from selection, through budgeting, client approval, supplier sourcing and purchase. Now they need to be placed on board exactly where needed. We are working on proving the interiors team with an iPad based system to help them identify and place each item in the location intended. The iPad will list all the items in each cabin along with an image of any additional data or fabric swatches needed to help identify the physical item.
