For Coexistence, the comprehensive system we created, enables the sales team to generate quotes for millions of pounds worth of contract furniture with all the necessary information to allow the operations and accounts team to process the orders so efficiently that Coexistence has been able to double their turnover without increasing their staff numbers.

We are currently working on the warehouse management system. A comprehensive system helps manage the placing of orders and the delivery of goods once they have been received, what was missing was a system that managed the goods arriving at and leaving the warehouse. The system under development allows Coexistence to notify the warehouse of goods that they know are due to arrive during the coming days and weeks through a secure web page. The warehouse can then update the internal system with the details of the goods that have arrived. This will save time writing dozens of emails and transferring spreadsheets.
