For Neal’s Yard Dairy we implemented a wholesale order management system that dealt with the surprisingly complex order processing system and ensuring that the top restaurants throughout the UK get the cheeses they ordered at the right temperature, stage of maturity and on the day they need it.

Neals Yard Diary have a several stage packing process. At any point of the day the status screen shows what needs to happen at each packing point. The person at that position can call up the orders that he or she needs to process, carry out the work and update the system with the latest data, then handing the job over to the next person in line. Some key data, such as batch numbers and actual packed weights can be entered, keeping the product tracking system up to date as well as helping produce an accurate invoice.
